Neat place to stay with friendly staff. the room is super new and comfy, with a bedroom and kitchen. 🛋️ the only downside is the ceiling that needs some fixing! the breakfast is really delicious though!

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even surprising us with a birthday cake at midnight. They were always available to offer advice and assistance.
We felt very relaxed during our stay and had no complaints at all.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the major attractions in this city. I could easily walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar within 15-20 minutes. This saved me money on transportation. Additionally, the hotel is close to a tram station, making it convenient for getting around. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist me with any questions I had. The room itself was comfortable, with amenities such as a fridge and kettle. The wifi worked well, which was important for me as I taught online during my stay. I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler in this location.
Nothing, all was good.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Istanbul for a few days. The location was perfect, situated in a charming street lined with wooden houses and just a short walk away from the main attractions. The hotel itself was unique, with a two-level apartment that comfortably accommodated my group of six. It had all the necessary facilities including a kitchen, living room, and spacious bedrooms. The staff at the 24-hour reception were friendly and helpful, and the owner was flexible and easy to reach. it was the best place I've stayed in Istanbul.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing experience at 3 Floor Oldcity. Emre, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, taking care of all our requests. He even provided us with a free city map and gave us detailed explanations on how to get to the tourist attractions. the apartment itself had a hotel-quality service and the photos were a true representation of the space. It may not be a large apartment, but it was perfect for our touristic purposes. the neighborhood is filled with local restaurants and supermarkets, making it a great location for families as well. I highly recommend this place, especially considering the reasonable price.
Cannot find any fault. 👍
